In this case, the forced unlocking of the door by pressing the emergency unlocking button does not occur immediately, but with a time delay, during which the security service can decide to leave the door locked in the event of an attempt to use it by an intruder or to immediately unlock it in the event of, for example, a fire. If no decision is made, the door is unlocked after the delay time has expired. The delay can be programmed for the required time.
In addition to the above, I would like to clarify another important detail, which directly concerns not only the Russian standard GOST R 52750-2007, but also the current EU standards EN 179 and EN 1125, which regulate the requirements for anti-panic equipment for emergency and evacuation exits. It is very important to note that, using effeff equipment, you get automatic division of situations for your facility: into everyday and emergency.
The everyday situation, of course, covers an incomparably greater part of the time of operation of the premises. Accordingly, emergency situations — thank God! — occur much less frequently.
