TechnoLink wireless system.
TechnoLink is an integrated wireless radio solution that complements the wide range of Kieback&Peter developments in the field of building automation.
TechnoLink indoor and outdoor temperature telemetry sensors, humidity sensors and room control devices are based on solar-powered wireless technology.
During the dark period, the devices are supplied with energy from built-in batteries.
Communication between devices and power supply do not require a cable connection.
The technoLink system is extremely flexible and offers designers, system manufacturers and user companies tailor-made solutions.
Allows the implementation of unconventional concepts.
Since there are no cable routing restrictions when installing technoLink, the choice of installation location is unlimited and can be changed at any time.
Simple adhesive fastenings allow the system components to be installed exactly where they perform their function best without damaging the building.
Wireless communication has clear advantages both in the case of new buildings and in the modernization and rehabilitation of buildings.
The radiated power of technoLink is negligible (two hundred times less than that of a cell phone).
And this means that the technoLink system is absolutely safe for health, which makes it possible to use it even more widely.

TechnoLink in the Professional Association of Printing and Paper Processing (BGDP)
The wireless technoLink system from Kieback&Peter was installed at the headquarters of the Professional Association for Printing and Paper Processing (BGDP) in Wiesbaden, which deals with health protection and monitoring of working conditions for employees in the printing industry.
The technoLink system was installed in connection with the refurbishment of the building, which was built in the 1970s.
The aim of the refurbishment was to improve working conditions by enabling optimum regulation of the temperature and air conditioning in the offices, as well as to reduce energy costs by individually adjusting the equipment.
The system installed in BGDP consists of 122 FBR03 controllers in combination with a TCF12 telemetry sensor.
The room controllers wirelessly control more than 500 MD100Y small actuators connected to heating devices.

BGDP staff can adjust the temperature in any room as they wish.
Room controls and telemetry sensors transmit data via radio to central RF signal converters, which link the wireless zone of the building automation system to the DDC3000 system and to the Neutrino-GLT building management system, which processes data from approximately 1,500 control points.
Neutrino-GLT allows direct access to room controllers, for example, to set the basic temperature or to adjust the equipment to suit individual room usage times.
The entire system was installed without interrupting the production activities of the company's employees.

The refurbishment of the ten-story office building also included measures to optimize fire protection and modernize the sanitary equipment.
In addition, the ventilation equipment and gas boilers were modernized.
The combination of new heating units with modern automatic control technology significantly reduced gas costs and lowered emissions.
BGDP is pleased with the results of the building renovation work: energy consumption has decreased, production costs have been reduced and the working atmosphere for the company's employees has noticeably improved.
