Since its formation in 1990, the company has set its main goal to create a modern enterprise capable of occupying a prominent position in the country's security and fire protection systems market.
STALT provides clients with a full package of services within the framework of the project for the comprehensive equipment of the facility with all security systems and their subsequent service.
The headquarters of the STALT group of companies is located in St. Petersburg. On an area of more than 13 thousand square meters. meters there are offices, a warehouse terminal and company divisions that ensure the implementation of the full production cycle.
In addition, a fully functional customer service office is located in Moscow. In order to implement long-term projects, the company has established representative offices in various regions of Russia.
Today the company's staff consists of more than 400 engineering, production and management personnel. To implement strategic objectives, the company carries out training and advanced training of its specialists on the basis of its own training center, in the process of practical work, in accredited domestic training centers and in foreign enterprises — partners.
The STALT group of companies pays great attention to improving the quality management system for all business processes in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 standards, certified by the international agency Bureau Veritas (BVQI).
A single group of companies combines general management of the implementation of construction projects, the creation of engineering systems through all stages of design, delivery, installation and commissioning, in-house development and production of products and promotion of products of world leaders. In 2010, the company celebrated its 20th anniversary.

1990 — the small enterprise «Compromise» was formed, developing television surveillance systems for special objects
1991 — the MP «Alliance» was formed to produce equipment for video surveillance systems; design and installation work has begun on commercial real estate sites (Industrial Construction Bank, Warsaw Station, Chaika Hotel, etc.)
1992 – the company receives a “Gold Medal” at an international exhibition for the best development of cameras and video surveillance systems;
1993 — STALT Ltd LLP is formed, the STALT brand enters the market
1994 — the company becomes an importer of equipment for video surveillance systems, security alarms and access control systems from the world's leading manufacturers
1996 — active promotion of intelligent fire protection technologies and integrated security systems to the Russian market
1997 – independent development of fire alarm and automation equipment begins;
1998 – office and production base was acquired in St. Petersburg.
1999 – production of fire alarm and fire extinguishing control system equipment of the AST-PDP family begins
2000 – the enterprise switches to full-function implementation of turnkey engineering and security systems
2001 – complex integrated systems were put into operation security systems at the mining and processing plant of OJSC AK ALROSA
2002 – the first Russian intelligent family of addressable analogue fire automatic devices HERMES-POSEIDON was launched, work began on hydropower facilities
2003 – commissioning of engineering safety systems at the Bureyskaya HPP under construction and the complex of buildings of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in Moscow ; ISO 9001 quality management system has been implemented
2004 – start of work at nuclear industry facilities — TVEL Corporation and cooperation with HOCHIKI — leader in the development of fire detectors;
2005 – commissioning of the first systems at the Sayano-Shushenskaya HPP, the company created its own PZGT department to organize work at sensitive and strategic facilities
2006 – a fundamentally new integrating software STALT-SV was released
2007 – the company enters the market of consulting services in the field of ensuring the security of facilities, companies and individuals
2008 — production of a new full-featured series of devices for integrated security and fire protection began
2009 — tests were successfully completed and the ZEUS security alarm system was put into production, fire automatic devices in explosion-proof design were developed
2010 — a unique project was implemented for OJSC Gazprom to equip the Prirazlomnaya offshore ice-resistant oil production platform with a gas fire extinguishing and phlegmatization system
