In order not to be unfounded, I will give specific examples of the use of indicator numbered seals, which our company «Omitra-Plombotrade» has been trading since 2004.
Today we will talk about the use of sealing devices in the food industry. Of course, the buyer does not always reveal the «inner workings» of the use of our products, but I can refer to some examples:
— Restaurants, for example, use self-adhesive numbered seals «Security Force» stickers to seal refrigerators and bars with elite alcohol. The responsible person opens the refrigerator, removes the products, and seals them with a numbered sealing sticker.
— At one Moscow region cheese-producing enterprise, on our recommendation, the plastic numbered bag seal «Longsil» is now used. A bucket of cheese is lowered into a special polyethylene bag, and the neck is tightened with a bag numbered seal. Thus, two problems are solved simultaneously — access to the product has become more difficult, which has reduced theft by 40% (according to the client's calculations!), and each bucket of cheese can be identified throughout the entire production and transportation cycle, since each plastic seal has its own strictly individual number.
— Or here's another example. One of the Moscow dairy plants uses numbered plastic seals in the following way: raw materials (milk) are delivered from several regions. Laboratories for express testing of products are located outside Moscow, in the directions from which the milk comes. After testing, the milk tanker is sealed with a plastic seal, the number of which is entered in the consignment note. The car is not allowed into the territory of the dairy plant without a plastic seal, indicated in the consignment note.
