Remote control of the fire alarm system. GSM alarm.
Today, there are two options for remote control:
1. Entrust the care of the safety of the property to a security structure and pay for its services;
2. Independently resolve issues of control over the object and response to alarm information.
In any case, the need to install a GSM alarm is undeniable.
The first option is more reliable and safe, since employees of security companies with a serious reputation are able to professionally neutralize a robber, including an armed one. The choice of equipment for the facility, in this case, is predetermined by the security structure, since the equipment of the central monitoring station (CMS) for each type of CMS is specific.
If you decide to independently solve the issues of real estate security, then you need to decide on the choice of equipment for transmitting information from the facility to your own phone and/or phones of trusted persons (usually mobile).
Information can be transmitted from the object to the subscriber's mobile phone via telephone lines or via cellular operator channels (possibly also via the Internet, but more on that in subsequent articles).
The Russian security systems market currently offers a variety of devices for solving this problem, from simple «homemade» ones to products from reputable domestic and foreign companies.
For example, to equip the fire alarm system, discussed in previous publications, with the function of transmitting an alarm signal, you can use the module of automatic dialing via telephone communication lines «DT-1» of the Polish company «Satel», via the channels of cellular operators GSM communicators: «Astra-882» of JSC «NTC TEKO» of Kazan.
It is advisable to build an effective autonomous fire alarm system based on a fire alarm control panel (FACP) with a built-in GSM communicator. These types of devices combine the functions of a fire alarm control panel and GSM dialers, have advanced capabilities for transmitting alarm and system information to subscriber phones, and are also capable of providing remote control over communication channels of the device status and activation of actuators through the FACP relay.
For example, on vacation, on a business trip, regardless of location in Russia or abroad, you can give a command from a cell phone to activate the actuator (relay) of the device in order to turn on/off the light in the room, air conditioning, etc.
It is more advisable to choose devices of this type of domestic production, as they are better adapted to the features of our mobile operators:
