LIST

TYPES OF ACTIVITIES OF ENTERPRISES IN THE FIELD OF PROTECTION
INFORMATION SUBJECT TO LICENSING BY FAPSI

1. Development, production, certification testing, sales, installation, adjustment, installation and repair of encryption tools intended for cryptographic protection of information during its processing, storage and transmission via communication channels, as well as provision of information encryption services.
2. Use by non-state enterprises of encryption tools intended for cryptographic protection of information that does not contain information constituting a state secret.
3. Development, production, certification testing, sales, installation, adjustment, installation and repair of telecommunications systems and complexes of the highest state authorities of the Russian Federation, as well as closed (using encryption tools) systems and telecommunications complexes of state authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, central federal executive authorities, organizations, enterprises, banks and other institutions located on the territory of the Russian Federation, regardless of their departmental affiliation and form of ownership.
4. Development, production, certification testing, sales, installation, adjustment, setup, repair, maintenance of specialized protected TSOI, technical means of information protection, technical means of monitoring the effectiveness of information protection measures, protected software for information processing, software for information protection, software for monitoring the security of information, intended for use in the highest bodies of state power of the Russian Federation.
5. Conducting work to identify electronic devices for intercepting information in the premises of government agencies on the territory of the Russian Federation.
6. Conducting work to identify electronic devices for intercepting information in the technical means of government agencies on the territory of the Russian Federation.
7. Conducting special research on PEMIN specialized protected TSOI, intended for use in the highest bodies of state power of the Russian Federation.
8. Designing in a protected version of objects of the highest bodies of state power of the Russian Federation.
9. Training and retraining of personnel in the field of information security for the types of activities listed in this list.
