In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of November 30, 1995 N 1203 «On approval of the list of information classified as a state secret» heads of government bodies authorized to classify information as a state secret, as well as customers of target programs for the development and modernization of weapons and military equipment, experimental design and research work within their competence: organize the development of detailed lists of information subject to classification (hereinafter referred to as «lists») and approve them before May 1, 1996; when developing these lists, be guided by the Rules for classifying information constituting a state secret to various degrees of secrecy, approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 4, 1995 N 870 (amendment of the legislation of the Russian Federation, 1995, N 37, Art. 3619).
