Application area The Radio Notification Transmission System (RSPI) «OKO» is designed to organize centralized security and fire alarm systems, as well as man-made monitoring systems with a large range and unlimited capacity. Based on the equipment and software of the «OKO» system, it is possible to create centralized monitoring systems for various purposes at the level of an enterprise, district, city, region with a capacity of tens to tens of thousands of subscribers. RSPI «OKO» operates in the frequency ranges of 27 MHz, 33 — 48 MHz, 146 — 174 MHz or 440 — 470 MHz, as well as via GSM networks, telephone networks and the Internet.
Operating experience Radio systems RSPI «OKO» have been manufactured since 1993 and are used in all regions of Russia and the CIS countries. The experience of operating more than 500 CMS consoles in Russia and the CIS countries has confirmed the high quality and reliability of both individual equipment components and the system as a whole.
Capabilities Working with various data transmission channels, such as: radio channel, telephone network, GSM/GPRS network, Internet. Creating an unlimited number of CMS within a single security and fire monitoring system. Data exchange between CMS via the Internet, telephone network or GSM network. Organization of communication between the CMS and the facility via a direct and reverse channel. Automatic transmission of data on the object's status to a mobile phone, to the client's e-mail. Maintaining a database of objects and signals, creating and editing a plan of the object. Automation of the work of the central monitoring station operator, visualization of the plan of the object and the sensors that have been triggered. Automation and control of the work of the service department, statistical analysis of information. Automation of accounting of payments for security services (calculation of payments taking into account disconnections, advance payments, penalties and discounts, identification and formation of a list of debtors, etc.).
Technical characteristics of the radio channel Works in the frequency ranges of 27 MHz, 33 — 48 MHz, 146 — 174 MHz or 440 — 470 MHz. Transmitter power from 2 to 15 W depending on the frequency range. Two-way data transmission using a noise-protected protocol with error detection and correction. Multi-stage «intelligent» data retransmission (automatic selection of alternative transmission routes and transmission channels). Automatic signal level measurement. Monitoring for interference in the air. A powerful built-in system for diagnosing the operation of equipment and communication channels, as well as means for remote configuration of basic equipment.
Facility equipment of the «OKO» system A wide range of facility equipment models allows creating local fire alarm systems of any complexity. Equipment with various options for communication channels between the facility and the central monitoring station, including: – a transmitter for one frequency; – a dual-frequency transmitter; – a GSM transmitter and modem; – a transmitter and telephone modem. Implementation of both one-way and two-way communication between the facility and the CMS with regular polling of the facility status at the CMS initiative. Connection of third-party facility equipment (Argus Spectrum, Bolid, etc.) to the CMS of the OKO system.
Antenna-feeder equipment A wide range of different types of antennas for operation in the frequency ranges of 27 MHz, 33 — 48 MHz, 146 — 174 MHz or 440 — 470 MHz is produced for the OKO system. The antennas are small in size and adapted for hidden installation at sites. The OKO association has developed and mass-produced magnetic antennas for security radio systems for various frequency ranges. Magnetic loop antennas (or simply «MART») are a resonant loop that excites mainly the magnetic component of the electromagnetic field. This component has significantly less attenuation when passing through various media, including ferromagnetic ones. Due to this, magnetic antennas provide significantly better conditions for transmitting radio signals from inside buildings, both tinted and barred, and reinforced and concrete, compared to electric antennas. The advantages of such antennas are ease of adjustment and coordination, the absence of a counterweight and the weak influence of foreign objects and changes in the environment on its parameters. |
