LIST OF ACTIVITIES IN THE FIELD OF INFORMATION SECURITY SUBJECT TO LICENSING BY FAPSI

 

1. Development, production, certification testing, sale, installation, adjustment, installation and repair of encryption tools intended for cryptographic protection of information during its processing, storage and transmission via communication channels, as well as provision of information encryption services.
2. The use by non-governmental enterprises of encryption tools intended for the cryptographic protection of information that does not contain information constituting a state secret.
3. Development, production, certification testing, sales, installation, adjustment, installation and repair of telecommunications systems and complexes of the highest state authorities of the Russian Federation, as well as closed (using encryption tools) systems and telecommunications complexes of state authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, central federal executive authorities, organizations, enterprises, banks and other institutions located on the territory of the Russian Federation, regardless of their departmental affiliation and form of ownership.
4. Development, production, certification testing, sales, assembly, adjustment, installation, repair, maintenance of specialized protected TSOI, technical means of information protection, technical means of monitoring the effectiveness of information protection measures, protected software for information processing, software for information protection, software for monitoring the security of information, intended for use in the highest bodies of state power of the Russian Federation.
5. Conducting work to identify electronic devices for intercepting information in the premises of government agencies on the territory of the Russian Federation.
6. Conducting work to identify electronic devices for intercepting information in technical means of government agencies on the territory of the Russian Federation.
7. Conducting special studies on the PEMIN of specialized protected TSOI, intended for use in the highest bodies of state power of the Russian Federation.
8. Design of protected designs of facilities of the highest bodies of state power of the Russian Federation.
9. Training and retraining of personnel in the field of information protection in the types of activities listed in this list.
