Participation in the XII International Exhibition “Investments. Construction. Real Estate – 2007.

For the first time, Konti presented to visitors of the exhibition a model of one of the lanehouse ensembles almost in life-size.
Everyone was able to evaluate what the new project is and what its main advantages are compared to the existing suburban real estate formats on the market.

On April 23, 2007, a ceremonial capsule laying ceremony took place at the site of the future settlement of Ilyinka, symbolizing the beginning of its construction. The ceremony was attended by: member of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Ralif Safin, president of the Konti Group of Companies Timur Timerbulatov, vice-president of the Konti Group of Companies Vladislav Timerbulatov, vice-president of the Konti Group of Companies Vyacheslav Timerbulatov, general director of the company MARR Capital Ruslan Safin, president of the MARR Group of Companies Marat Safin, president of the Russian Olympic Committee Leonid Tyagachev, first deputy head of the Krasnogorsk District Yuri Karaulov, head of the administrative settlement of Ilyinskoye Valentina Fedorova.

«Ilyinka» is the first conceptually new village, which will be located on Ilyinskoye Highway, 11 kilometers from the Moscow Ring Road, in a «lane» between the two main «streets» of the Moscow Region — Rublevo-Uspenskoye and Novorizhskoye Highways, on an area of ​​11.3 hectares. The village will be distinguished by a non-standard non-linear arrangement of houses, since a lanehouse (translated from English as «house in a lane») is an individual country house as part of an architectural ensemble. The new concept made it possible to combine all the advantages of a cottage with the comfort of a city apartment within one project.

The Ilyinka village will have 162 lane houses located on small plots of land from 2 to 7 acres. The area of ​​each house will be at least 270 square meters, and the open layout will provide owners with maximum opportunities for organizing the interior space of the house. The lane houses meet all the requirements for modern expensive housing.

The architectural ensemble of the village should recreate the unique atmosphere of the old streets of Western European towns. This will also be facilitated by the presence of a large number of recreation areas and low fences between the houses.

According to the plan of the builders and architects, the village will have all the infrastructure necessary for a comfortable life of a modern person. All technical services will function at a high professional level. The concept provides for all modern types of communication, as well as a security system that ensures maximum safety for residents.

As part of the improvement work in the nearby area, the investor companies will build a new bypass road around the village of Ilyinskoye, reconstruct the water intake unit, and replace a section of the main water pipeline from the water intake unit to the village of Ilyinskoye. The set of measures for the reconstruction of the water intake unit will ultimately reduce the overall costs of its operation, increase the level of fire safety, and improve the quality of water.

According to the overall estimate, the project investment amounted to more than $100 million.
Completion of the construction of the village and improvement works is scheduled for the first quarter of 2009.
