Automation of ventilation and air conditioning systems.
As part of the reconstruction, a project for complex automation of ventilation and air conditioning systems was carried out. The specialists of Hosser Group were tasked with implementing an automation and control system for the following components:
• 5 air conditioning systems (including those using redundancy);
• 4 air ventilation units;
• 1st air pressure installation.
And also:
• refrigeration supply system, consisting of 2 refrigeration machines with redundancy;
• air curtains;
• basement flood alarm and valve control at the sewer outlet;
• alarm and remote control of the operation of fire air dampers;
• signaling and remote monitoring of the ITP status at the BMS station.
The automation system at this facility is based on controllers of the DDC3000 series Kieback&Peter (Germany). The DDC3000 controller has built-in software and hardware for building a network with the ability to include a local PC-based dispatch station (BMS station) with a graphical control interface, and communication with other engineering systems of the building.
At this point The Neutrino GLT Central Dispatch Station was used at the facility. In Neutrino-BMS. Objects are integrated and connected in a common control panel based on BACnet (the world standard in the field of building automation) and LonWorks.
The automation system ensures the maintenance of the specified parameters of temperature and air humidity and provides for:
• opening the outside air valve during operation of the units;
• maintaining the temperature of the supply air at the outlet of the units serving several rooms;
• maintaining the air temperature at room served by a separate installation;
• maintaining air temperature in separate rooms;
• maintaining relative air humidity;
• regulating the pressure of supply fans of units depending on the required operating mode;
• heater protection 1- heating from freezing.
In each of the eleven operating rooms, local remote controls are installed to control temperature and humidity in each individual room.
