As part of the reconstruction, a project for the comprehensive automation of ventilation and air conditioning systems was implemented. The specialists of the Hosser Group were tasked with implementing an automation and control system for the following components:
• 5 air conditioning systems (including those using redundancy);
• 4 air ventilation units;
• 1 air pressurization unit.
And also:
• a refrigeration system consisting of 2 refrigeration machines with redundancy;
• air curtains;
• basement flooding alarm and control of the valve on the sewer outlet;
• alarm and remote control of the operation of fire air dampers;
• alarm and remote control of the state of the IWP at the BMS station.

The automation system at this facility is based on the DDC3000 series controllers Kieback&Peter (Germany). The DDC3000 controller has built-in software and hardware for building a network with the ability to include a local dispatching station based on a PC (BMS station) with a graphical control interface, and communication with other engineering and technical systems of the building.

At this facility, the Neutrino GLT.B Neutrino-BMS Central Dispatch Station was used. The objects are integrated and connected in a common control panel based on BACnet (the world standard in the field of building automation) and LonWorks.

The automation system maintains the specified parameters of air temperature and humidity and provides for:
• opening the outside air valve when the units are operating;
• maintaining the temperature of the supply air at the outlet of units serving several rooms;
• maintaining the air temperature in a room served by a separate unit;
• maintaining the air temperature in individual rooms;
• maintaining relative air humidity;
• adjusting the pressure of the supply fans of the units depending on the required operating mode;
• protecting the 1st heating heater from freezing.
Each of the eleven operating rooms has local control panels for monitoring the temperature and humidity in each individual room.

The Interregional Clinical and Diagnostic Center of Kazan is the largest medical institution in the Volga region, specializing in cardiovascular and neurological diseases.
