OAO Avtoframos is a joint venture of the French concern Renault and the Moscow government for the production of Renault Logan cars.
Renault specialists have extensive experience in creating automobile production facilities around the world and believe that the quality of production processes is one of the most important factors in the production of cars. That is why, during the construction of the plant in Moscow, an automated dispatch control system (ASDU) was created, which was proposed and developed by RTSoft.
The dispatching system allows you to control more than 3,000 different process parameters and ensures the implementation of the following main functions:
— remote control of turning on/off equipment according to time schedules or the dispatcher's command;
— setting settings and modes (temperature, humidity, number of equipment operating cycles, winter-summer mode, etc.);
— displaying information on equipment operation on control monitors (including fault signaling);
— accumulating and displaying statistical information on equipment operation;
— generating and displaying control system logs and reports.
RTSoft specialists completed a project to integrate all engineering facilities of the plant into a single control system, which includes:
— supply and exhaust ventilation systems;
— heating systems (including air curtains and aerotherms) and hot supply;
— industrial water supply systems;
— drainage stations and boiler houses;
— refrigeration systems for the welding shop and compressor room;
— power supply systems;— systems for working, emergency and external lighting of premises;
— systems for collecting information on energy consumption (superheated water, electricity, gas, compressed air, wastewater);
— systems for wastewater treatment;
— systems for preparing demineralized water, etc.
The main components of the system (control cabinets, local control panels for engineering subsystems) are manufactured by RTSoft based on Modicon Premium and Micro controllers manufactured by Schneider Electric.
The upper level is implemented based on the SCADA system PcVue, developed by Arc Informatique and being the corporate standard of Renault. Information exchange between control posts and lower level subsystems is performed via TCP/IP protocol of Ethernet network.
The complex commissioning works of the automated dispatch control system were carried out by RTSoft specialists in close cooperation with the information service and the operation service of Avtoframos OJSC. According to the management of Avtoframos OJSC, the implementation of the ASDU of engineering systems will save resources for servicing the plant's life support systems and increase the efficiency of managing the technological and production processes of the enterprise.
