Integrated dispatch system for engineering systems of the Avtoframos plant.

JSC Avtoframos is a joint venture between the French concern Renault and the Moscow government to produce Renault Logan cars.

Renault specialists have extensive experience in creating automotive production facilities around the world and believe that the quality of production processes is one of the most important factors when producing cars. That is why, during the construction of the plant in Moscow, an automated dispatch control system (ADCS) was created, which was proposed and developed by the RTSoft company.

The dispatch system allows you to control more than 3000 different process parameters and provides the following main functions:

— remote control of equipment on/off according to time schedules or dispatcher commands;

— setting settings and modes (temperature, humidity, number of equipment operation cycles, “winter-summer” mode and others);

— displaying information on the operation of equipment on dispatch monitors (including fault signaling);

— accumulation and display of statistical information about the operation of equipment;

— generation and display of logs and reports of the dispatch system.

RTSoft specialists completed a project to integrate all engineering facilities of the plant into a unified control system, which includes:

—supply and exhaust ventilation systems;

—heating systems (including air curtains and aerotherms) and hot water supply;

—industrial water supply systems;

—drainage stations and boiler rooms;

—refrigeration systems for the welding shop and compressor room;

—power supply systems;

— systems for working, emergency and external lighting of premises;

— systems for collecting information on energy consumption (superheated water, electricity, gas, compressed air, wastewater);

— wastewater treatment systems;

— demineralized water treatment systems, etc.

The main components of the system (control cabinets, local control panels for engineering subsystems) were manufactured by RTSoft » based on Modicon Premium and Micro controllers manufactured by Schneider Electric.

The top level is implemented based on the PcVue SCADA system, developed by Arc Informatique and which is a Renault corporate standard. The exchange of information between dispatch control posts and lower-level subsystems is carried out via the TCP/IP protocol of the Ethernet network.

RTSoft specialists carried out complex commissioning work for the automated dispatch control system in close cooperation with the information service and operation service of JSC Avtoframos. According to the management of Avtoframos OJSC, the introduction of automated control systems for engineering systems will save resources for servicing the plant’s life support systems and increase the efficiency of managing the enterprise’s technological and production processes.
