JSC INTEKO was founded in 1991. During the formation and development of the company, the main activity was plastics processing. Since the mid-90s, INTEKO has entered the construction business and is actively diversifying its activities in this area (development and implementation of modern finishing materials and technologies for facade work; cement production; panel and monolithic housing construction).
INTEKO implements a number of investment and construction programs for the construction of housing, administrative buildings and social and cultural facilities. The company invests about 1.5 million dollars daily in design and construction work.
The company's investment program for the construction of commercial real estate provides for investments of approximately 1 billion dollars in 2005-2009 (in the construction of office buildings) and 1.2 billion in 2005-2012 (in the creation of a hotel chain). Over the next 5-6 years, it is planned to build and commission approximately 1 million square meters of commercial properties – business centers and office buildings. ZAO INTEKO acts not only as an investor or developer. The company is ready to take on the subsequent management of a significant portion of the commercial real estate.
As part of the program for the creation of commercial real estate, a unique concept for organizing the infrastructure of high-class real estate objects that fit organically into the modern urban environment is being implemented – “INTEKO_parks”.
The development of the new concept of “INTECO_parks” has become a reflection of a certain stage in the company’s development. After changing priorities, previously aimed at the mass housing sector, an emphasis was placed on creating individual projects with a powerful infrastructure and a distinctive socio-cultural component. “INTECO_parks” is a unifying idea, a kind of “quality mark” of projects that are complexes that include housing, offices and socially significant facilities. According to the plan, “INTECO_parks” will have to change the usual ideas about the locality and isolation of elite real estate objects. The presence of natural parks, museums and other unique things in their composition is the “highlight” of each complex. There are practically no similar offers on the market.
Bright examples of the implementation of the innovative concept of “INTECO_parks” are the residential complex on M. Trubetskoy “Fusion_park” and “Aero_park” on Khoroshevskoye Highway, the business center “Cosmo_park” on Minskaya Street. – in Moscow and the business center “Moscow_park” – in Astana (Kazakhstan).
Among the commercial real estate objects of INTEKO CJSC (office and hotel buildings): in Moscow – a boutique hotel of the “deluxe” category on Ilyinka Street; an office and hotel complex on Sadovnicheskaya Street; a multifunctional administrative complex of class “A” on Sadovnicheskaya Embankment; an office and hotel complex on Aminyevskoye Highway; a multifunctional office and retail complex with the City Palace Wedding Palace as part of the Moscow-City International Business Center; in St. Petersburg – a 5* hotel; in Peterhof – a 3* business hotel; in Karlovy Vary (Czech Republic) – a “deluxe” class apart-hotel.
The main features of the “INTECO_parks” concept find creative application in the implementation of “INTECO” projects in the hotel business. The strategic goal is to create our own hotel chain, covering the territory from Central Europe to the Asia-Pacific region. The hotels of this chain will be able to provide guests with a consistently high level of comfort and services, and accompanying infrastructure of international class.
“INTECO” is a participant in a large-scale Moscow city hotel construction program. The company's projects implemented within the framework of this program include: a conference hotel in the Nagatinsky Zaton district; a multifunctional office and retail complex and a 3* business hotel on Prospekt Mira and a 3* hotel on Leningradskoe Shosse.
INTECO CJSC's assets include a large number of completed, under construction and designed projects of great social significance and high architectural value, including the fundamental library of Lomonosov Moscow State University, for which the company acted as the general investor.
INTECO has a number of large-scale projects for the construction of residential properties: the Shuvalovsky residential quarter; the Grand Park residential complex; the Volzhsky residential microdistrict; a complex of multi-story residential buildings on Initsiativnaya Street; residential complex “Tatiana” in Moscow, as well as the microdistrict “Moskovsky” in Kyiv (Ukraine).
