On the introduction of an amendment to the Regulation on licensing the activities of enterprises, institutions and organizations in carrying out work related to the use of information constituting a state secret, the creation of means of protecting information, as well as the implementation of measures and (or) the provision of services to protect state secrets
In connection with the creation of a system of certification of information security tools in the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation, as provided for by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 26, 1995 No. 608 «On the certification of information security tools» (amendment of the legislation of the Russian Federation, 1995, No. 27, Art. 2579), the Government of the Russian Federation resolves:
Supplement the third paragraph of clause 2 of the Regulation on licensing the activities of enterprises, institutions and organizations in carrying out work related to the use of information constituting a state secret, the creation of means of information protection, as well as the implementation of measures and (or) the provision of services to protect state secrets, approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 15, 1995 No. 333 (amendment of the legislation of the Russian Federation, 1995, No. 17, Art. 1540; 1996, No. 18, Art. 2142; 1997, No. 20, Art. 2283), after the words:
«Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation» in the words: «Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation».
