Modern production implies, first of all, the efficient use of energy resources, which, together with the automation of technological processes, leads to a significant reduction in the cost of the enterprise's products. Mitsubishi Electric frequency converters successfully solve these problems and are well known to the Russian consumer as reliable and multifunctional devices.
Mitsubishi Electric frequency converters — new series.
The use of frequency converters in technological systems as the main control element places demands on them as diverse as the processes themselves. A wide range of Mitsubishi Electric converters makes it easier to choose the most convenient device that meets specific requirements.
It is quite natural to add a more “advanced” FR-A 700 series to the line of universal converters of the FR-A 500 series, with significantly expanded functionality for use in a wide variety of systems.
The FR-E 500 series models have been replaced by the FR-E 700 series, which differ in both power (FR-E 740, FR-E 720S, up to 15 and up to 2.2 kW, respectively), and in connection options to single-phase and three-phase networks.
For low and medium power drives, a special series of frequency converters FR-D 700 has been developed, featuring a simple interface and compactness, which is also important.
Unification of frequency converters.
A separate series of frequency converters FR-AF 700 stands out, having a unified power section, and a replaceable control board (FR-CA70-EC(T) or FR-CF70-EC(T)) allows using the frequency converter to control pumps or ventilation systems (FR-F700 series) or as a universal converter FR-A 700.
Frequency converters of the FR-S 500 series are general-purpose inverters, and, combining functionality, compactness and many “intelligent” control options, are ideal for controlling most technological processes — belt conveyors, screw conveyors, pumps and fans. FR-S 520 SE and FR-S 540 E are simple V/F control of electric drives for single- and three-phase networks. |
