FRACTAL-VIDEO digital security television system.

The FRACTAL-VIDEO system is designed for use at facilities of various sizes and levels of security requirements.

Built-in tools for intelligent information processing reduce the influence of the human factor in decision-making. In other words, the user interface of the system's workstations provides a clear assessment of the situation, provides the necessary data in convenient text, graphic and audio form. Moreover, the settings allow you to configure the order of information submission separately for each workstation.

The processing units of the system equipment based on the FRACTAL hardware industrial platform have high reliability and fault tolerance characteristics. The FRACTAL platform is certified by the certification body «ROSTEST-Moscow». The FRACTAL-VIDEO system is certified by the Central Security Service of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.

Main functions of the system
— Video surveillance in modes of viewing images from one or more cameras on each monitor, the number of monitors is unlimited;
— Digital recording of video frames in information archives;
— Built-in, flexibly configurable motion detector for each video channel;
— Advanced query building tools for analyzing and viewing information in video data archives. A query can be executed for all video sources of the system simultaneously in a single interface;
— Built-in facial recognition tools for identifying people in footage;
— Additional operating mode «bomb detector»: searching for static objects in footage;
— Additional operating mode — protection of static objects (parking lots, equipment);
— Use of a digital frequency filter for video surveillance and viewing of archive footage;
— Automatic notification of workstations in the event of alarms;
— Full software integration with the personnel and visitor accounting and pass production system;
— Built-in integration tools with access control and management systems, security and fire alarms, monitoring of automation and life support systems.

Black-and-white and color indoor and outdoor cameras, all-wheel drive controlled cameras, as well as high-quality high-resolution cameras with data transmission via IEEE 1394 protocol are used;
Number of connected cameras – up to 16,000 in one system;
Recording frequency up to 25 frames per second;
Image refresh rate during video surveillance — up to 25 frames per second;
Both analog and digital monitors are used for video surveillance;
Stored data volume – up to 2 trillion frames in one system segment;
Frame recording formats: 768×576, 384×288, 192×144 pixels;
Frame recording modes: by motion detector, by timer, by external event, by operator command;
Motion detector zones: up to 1000 per 1 video channel;
Automatic activation and deactivation of detector zones at specified time intervals;
8 motion detector settings;
Backup buffer – up to 30 frames per video channel (for recording frames preceding an alarm event);
Built-in recording tools for laser CR-ROM and DVD disks, DAT arrays, external USB drives for transferring information.

Automatic system control
The system performs all its actions in accordance with the specified scenario of automatic operation and commands of operators and users. The system operating according to the scenario does not require operator intervention in its operation. Workstations receive operational information for viewing and confirmation. If necessary, the operator can use the provided capabilities for managing the system's operation (personal command menu). For each user account of the system, certain television cameras and groups of television cameras are allowed to be viewed, the capabilities of viewing the frame archive, editing the settings of the motion detector zones and the parameters of the system's operation scenarios, and other functions are regulated.

System scalability
The system can be freely expanded and expanded by adding Fractal hardware processing units and connecting new television cameras to them. When video units operate autonomously (see examples A and B), the data archives and scenarios are located inside them. Each unit is configured separately from workstations. The configured video block can operate completely autonomously, like a video recorder, but does not require replacement of cassettes. In case of system expansion (example B), centralized control and configuration tools, external archives of information for long-term storage can be added. General control allows working with the entire system as an object from one software interface of the workstation, manipulating its properties, components (building, floor, room).
