Excursion to the Federation/Moscow complex City.
On November 14, 2006, MIRAX GROUP corporation organized for association BIG-RU an exclusive excursion to the towers of the Federation complex under construction.
Currently, the building of tower “B” (“West”) has been built up to the 62nd floor, with one more floor remaining. Then the entire façade of the building will be glazed, with the first glazing completed on the 48th floor. Installation of all engineering systems is progressing according to the construction schedule. Commissioning works are planned for April-May 2007.
In December 2007, MIRAX GROUP plans to move to the 1st-6th floors of the stylobate part of tower “B”. Currently, the construction of tower “A” (“East”) is on the 6th floor, monolithic work is underway.
The structure of the automation system of tower “B” includes the presence of many automation protocols. The upper level of the control system is built on the BACnet protocol. This condition is also positioned for the automation system on tower “A”.
The competition for engineering systems for tower “A” is coming to an end and on November 27, 2006, the winner of the tender for the general contract for engineering systems (including the automation) tower «A».

Above the banking premises, through the technical floor, the premises of the apart-hotel will be located.
Acquaintance with the Federation complex began with the technical floor tower “B”, where the installation of ventilation systems is in full swing.
Equipment from leading companies is presented at the heating point.
Next, the excursion took place on the 12th floor of tower “B”, where an assembly elevator took us. It is already known that the premises on the 12th floor of Tower B will be occupied by Vneshtorgbank offices. The images below show what these premises will look like by the time the complex is put into operation.
As can be seen in the picture, the heating devices (floor convectors) are hidden directly under the glazing.
On the 12th floor, various rooms are equipped as showrooms for work rooms, management offices, and meeting rooms.
Then the excursion continued on the 31st floor of the tower, the facade of which is already glazed, and offers a view of the 1st Krasnogvardeisky passage.</p >
