Excursion to the Federation Complex Moscow City.
On November 14, 2006, MIRAX GROUP organized an exclusive excursion for the BIG-RU association to the towers of the Federation complex under construction.
Currently, the building of Tower B («West») has been built up to the 62nd floor, with one more floor remaining. Then the entire facade of the building will be glazed, the first glazing has been completed on the 48th floor. Installation of all engineering systems is proceeding according to the construction schedule. Commissioning is scheduled for April-May 2007.
In December 2007, MIRAX GROUP plans to move into floors 1-6 of the stylobate section of tower «B». Currently, the construction of tower «A» («East») is on the 6th floor, monolithic work is underway.
The structure of the automation system of tower «B» includes the presence of many automation protocols. The upper level of the control system is built on the BACnet protocol. This condition is also positioned for the automation system on tower «A».
The tender for engineering systems for Tower A is coming to an end and on November 27, 2006, the winner of the tender for the general contract for engineering systems (including the automation system) of Tower A will be determined.
MIRAX GROUP specialist Pavel Peka (left) talks about the future tenants of the Federation complex. For example, the part of Tower B that is illuminated with blue light will be occupied by Vneshtorgbank offices. Above the bank premises, through the technical floor, there will be premises for the apart-hotel.
The tour of the Federation complex began on the technical floor of Tower B, where the installation of ventilation systems is in full swing.
The heating station features equipment from leading companies.
Then the tour took place on the 12th floor of Tower B, where we were taken by the assembly elevator. It is already known that the premises on the 12th floor of Tower B will be occupied by Vneshtorgbank offices. The images below show what these premises will look like when the complex is commissioned.
As you can see in the picture, the heating devices (floor convectors) are hidden right under the glazing.
On the 12th floor, various rooms are equipped as showrooms for workrooms, management offices, and meeting rooms.
The tour then continued on the 31st floor of the tower, the façade of which is already glazed, and offers a view of 1st Krasnogvardeisky Proezd.

An even larger construction project, «Big City», will soon begin beyond the Third Transport Ring.
