Since 1992, the engineering equipment in the building has been controlled using Sauter controllers. Last year, the entire building and automation were reconstructed. A unified engineering systems control system was installed, providing control over the operation of the following systems on an area of 5,000 sq. m: heating station; hot water supply; heating; ventilation and air conditioning; refrigeration; power supply.
Description of systems based on Sauter equipment Individual heating station control system Provides automatic control of backup heat sources and distribution of urban coolant among subsystems: hot water supply, heating, floor heating, swimming pool, ventilation.
The system is based on the following equipment: Sauter field equipment (12 temperature sensors, 12 actuators and valves);
control cabinets manufactured by NTP «UNISERVIS» (three automation control cabinets based on 3 Sauter NovaFlex EYR203F001 controllers). A total of 60 points are involved.
Heating control system Automatically controls the supply of coolant to secondary circuits (building risers) and the pool floor heating circuit. The system is based on the following equipment: Sauter field equipment (12 temperature sensors, 12 actuators and valves); automation control cabinets based on 3 Sauter NovaFlex EYR203F001 controllers. A total of 58 points are involved.
Ventilation and air conditioning control system Performs automatic control of supply and exhaust and exhaust systems.
The system is based on the following equipment: Sauter field equipment (40 analog sensors, 22 drives and valves);
automation control cabinets based on 5 Sauter Nova220-EYL 220 F001 controllers and one NovaFlex EYR203F001 controller.
A total of 275 points are involved.
The unified control system for the building's engineering equipment is based on the Citect software product installed by Intellect Engineering.
