«On interdepartmental commissions of the Security Council of the Russian Federation»
Based on the Law of the Russian Federation «On Security» and in accordance with the Regulation on the Security Council of the Russian Federation, approved by Decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated July 10, 1996 N 1024 «Questions of the Security Council of the Russian Federation», I decree:
- To form:
- The Interdepartmental Commission of the Security Council of the Russian Federation for the Protection of Citizens' Rights and Public Safety, the Fight against Crime and Corruption;
- The Interdepartmental Commission of the Security Council of the Russian Federation on International Security;
- The Interdepartmental Commission of the Security Council of the Russian Federation on the problems of the defense-industrial complex;
- The Interdepartmental Commission of the Security Council of the Russian Federation on federal constitutional security.
- Abolish the special interregional commission under the Security Council of the Russian Federation.
- Appoint:
Chairman of the Interdepartmental Commission of the Security Council of the Russian Federation for the Protection of Citizens' Rights and Public Safety, the Fight against Crime and Corruption, Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation Yu. I. Skuratov (subject to agreement);
Chairman of the Interdepartmental Commission of the Security Council of the Russian Federation for Information Security, Director General of the Federal Agency for Government Communications and Information under the President of the Russian Federation A. V. Starovoitov;
Chairman of the Interdepartmental Commission of the Security Council of the Russian Federation on International Security, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Primakov E.M.;
Chairman of the Interdepartmental Commission of the Security Council of the Russian Federation on Defense Security, Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation Sergeev I.D.;

- Release:
Apazova A.D. from her duties as Chairman of the Interdepartmental Commission of the Security Council of the Russian Federation on the Protection of Public Health;
Golubkova A.S. from her duties as Chairman of the Interdepartmental Commission of the Security Council of the Russian Federation on Information Security;
Zvereva A.V. from her duties as Chairman of the Interdepartmental Commission of the Security Council of the Russian Federation on Economic Security;
Kokoshina A.A. from her duties as Chairman of the Interdepartmental Commission of the Security Council of the Russian Federation on Defense Security;
Yablokova A.V. from her duties as Chairman of the Interdepartmental Commission of the Security Council of the Russian Federation on Environmental Security.
- To approve the attached provisions on the interdepartmental commissions of the Security Council of the Russian Federation and their compositions.
- The Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation shall determine the procedure for the work of the interdepartmental commissions of the Security Council of the Russian Federation and coordinate their activities.
- Amend paragraph 1 of the Model Regulation on the Interdepartmental Commission of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, approved by Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of October 20, 1993 No. 1686 «On improving the activities of interdepartmental commissions of the Security Council of the Russian Federation» (annexation of acts of the President and the Government of the Russian Federation, 1993, No. 43, Art. 4085), setting it out as follows:
«1. The Interdepartmental Commission of the Security Council of the Russian Federation _________________ (hereinafter referred to as the — Interdepartmental Commission) is formed in accordance with the Law of the Russian Federation «On Security» and the Regulation on the Security Council of the Russian Federation, approved by Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of July 10, 1996 N 1024 «Questions of the Security Council of the Russian Federation».
- To declare as no longer in effect:
Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of December 16, 1992 N 1571 «On the Formation of the Interdepartmental Foreign Policy Commission of the Security Council of the Russian Federation» (annexation of acts of the President and the Government of the Russian Federation, 1992, N 25, Art. 2234);
Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of August 2, 1993 N 1192 «On the Formation of the Interdepartmental Commission of the Security Council of the Russian Federation for Scientific and Technical Issues of the Defense Industry» (annexation of acts of the President and the Government of the Russian Federation, 1993, N 32, Art. 3009);
paragraph 1 of the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of October 20, 1993 No. 1686 «On improving the activities of interdepartmental commissions of the Security Council of the Russian Federation» (annexation of acts of the President and the Government of the Russian Federation, 1993, No. 43, art. 4085) in terms of approving the list of permanent interdepartmental commissions of the Security Council of the Russian Federation;
paragraph 15 of the Model Regulation on the Interdepartmental Commission of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, approved by Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of October 20, 1993 N 1686 «On improving the activities of interdepartmental commissions of the Security Council of the Russian Federation», in terms of creating a special unit (sector) of the apparatus of the Security Council of the Russian Federation to perform the functions of the working apparatus of the interdepartmental commission;
