«On Amendments and Supplements to the Decrees of the President of the Russian Federation of January 20, 1994 »On the Fundamentals of State Policy in the Sphere of Informatization» and of February 17, 1994 No. 328 «Issues of the Activities of the Committee under the President of the Russian Federation on Informatization Policy»
In connection with the adoption of the Federal Law «On Information, Informatization and Information Protection» (amendment of the legislation of the Russian Federation, 1995, No. 8, Art. 609), I decree:
1. In paragraph 1 of the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of January 20, 1994 N 170 «On the Fundamentals of State Policy in the Sphere of Informatization» (Annexation of Acts of the President and the Government of the Russian Federation, 1994, No. 4, Article 305 shall be excluded.
2. Clause 4 of the Regulation on the Committee under the President of the Russian Federation for Informatization Policy, approved by Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of February 17, 1994, No. 328 «Questions on the Activities of the Committee under the President of the Russian Federation for Informatization Policy» (Annexation of Acts of the President and the Government of the Russian Federation, 1994, No. 8, Article 589) shall be supplemented with paragraphs thirty-one and thirty-two of the following content: «Establishes, jointly with state statistics bodies, rules for recording and analyzing the state of the economic sector, the development of which is determined by the state scientific, technical and industrial policy of informatization; organizes the registration of all information resources, information systems and the publication of information about them in order to ensure the right of citizens to access information.»
