«On Supplementing the Composition of the Interdepartmental Commission for the Protection of State Secrets by Positions»

In accordance with the Law of the Russian Federation «On State Secrets» I decree:

To include in the composition of the Interdepartmental Commission for the Protection of State Secrets by positions, approved by Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of January 20, 1996 N 71 «Questions of the Interdepartmental Commission for the Protection of State Secrets» (amendment of the legislation of the Russian Federation, 1996, N 4, art. 268), the following additions:

after the words «First Deputy Minister of Economy of the Russian Federation», include the words «Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation»;

after the words «Deputy Director of the FSB of Russia», include the words «First Deputy Director of the FPS of Russia» Chief of the General Staff of the Border Troops of the Russian Federation».
