AXIS Q6032-E has everything you need for operational outdoor video surveillance.
When creating the new Q6032-E speed dome camera, AXIS Communications adhered to the «all-in-one» principle, so the IP video surveillance market received a product that meets the most stringent requirements. This IP camera combines high sensitivity and resolution, the ability to broadcast multi-stream video in H.264 and M-JPEG formats, intelligent tracking functions, the ability to power the camera using PoE technology, which is very rare for outdoor speed cameras, and much more.
Outdoor design (-40 to +50 °C, IP66)
0.5 lux (color) and 0.008 lux (b/w)
Resolution up to 704 x 576 pixels. at 25 fps
Multi-stream video in H.264/M-JPEG
x128 WDR
35x zoom
Speed from 0.05 to 450°/s
360° panning
Ability to see 20° above the horizon
100 presets, auto patrol tour
Automatic object tracking
SD/SDHC card slot (up to 32 GB)
56 MB alarm video buffer
High PoE power supply
The Q6032-E can produce high-quality images regardless of the illumination level at the site thanks to the 1/4″ Sony ExViewHAD CCD matrix with progressive scan and the proprietary AXIS ARTREC-3 processor. The camera's 128x wide dynamic range (WDR) allows for high-quality, informative video, even when installed at a site with sharp changes in illumination or with several very bright and dark areas.
High-precision positioning
The IP cameras of this series are equipped with a high-speed PTZ device with fast and accurate response. They are capable of 360° horizontal panning at a speed of 0.05°/sec to 450°/sec and 220° vertical tilt. In addition, the IP camera is equipped with an E-flip function for monitoring objects moving directly below it, and can monitor video at an angle of 20° above the horizon, which provides a better view, especially in outdoor conditions.
Presets and automatic object tracking
Depending on your surveillance needs, AXIS Q6032-E can be programmed for 100 preset positions and/or assigned an auto patrol tour. To prevent the image from flickering on the monitor when switching between presets, the camera offers the image freeze function. In addition, Q6032-E supports the Auto Tracking function for automatic tracking of moving objects.
35x zoom – high level of detail
AXIS Q6032-E is one of the few outdoor PTZ cameras that uses a powerful 35x autofocus zoom lens, complemented by 12x digital zoom. This lens allows, for example, identification of license plates from a distance of up to 160 m, and with 420x zoom, one Q6032-E can replace several fixed cameras on site.
Multi-stream video broadcasting in cost-effective H.264 format
This IP camera can deliver three simultaneous streams in H.264 and M-JPEG with individually configured parameters and a resolution of up to 4CIF (704 x 576 pixels) at 25 fps, or more streams with equivalent performance or with frame rate and resolution limitations.
AXIS Q6032-E Weatherproof Design
An important advantage of the camera is the use of a dust- and moisture-proof housing with protection class IP66, thanks to which AXIS Q6032-E can operate in the temperature range from -40 to +50 °C. In addition, this camera supports the temperature control function – Arctic Temperature Control, thanks to which it is able to quickly heat the air inside the housing after a power failure. To avoid damage to the pan/tilt mechanism, Q6032-E preheats it.
Power supply over twisted pair
The wide installation options of AXIS Q6032-E on site with a noticeable reduction in installation time and costs are provided by the use of High Power over Ethernet technology, which allows using a single cable for power supply, video transmission and remote control of PTZ functions.
Video motion detection, large video buffer and alarm algorithms
Q6032-E can automatically notify the operator about motion in the frame by uploading video files to an FTP server, HTTP and/or sending a message to a specified email address. In addition, the camera can record pre- and post-alarm frames to an internal 56 MB video buffer or to SD/SDHC memory cards (up to 32 GB) with the ability to access information on the card over an IP network.
