Automation and control systems in shopping and entertainment centers, as a rule, have a standard set of subsystems:
automation of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems, security systems.
A typical task for such systems is to control the climate in large shopping areas, when there are zones in one large volume that require different temperature conditions. The systems must also work taking into account the occupancy of the halls with visitors.
At the same time, non-standard tasks often have to be solved at such facilities.
For example, in the Marktkauf shopping center on Novorizhanskoe Shosse, in addition to the usual systems, it was necessary to ensure the maintenance of strictly specified climatic conditions in the greenhouses and integrate the weather station into a single control system for the complex.
The XL shopping and entertainment complex in Mytishchi includes several buildings, including a water park. The entire complex is controlled by a single NovaPro Open SCADA system from Sauter, which has about 60 thousand data points.
The Sauter company has accumulated extensive experience in implementing this type of facilities, examples of which are such famous shopping centers as IKEA, Marktkauf, Vesna and many others.
Currently, the Sauter automation system is being installed in the TSUM shopping center (which is currently being completely renovated and reconstructed.
