ASPSiU Maxim.

» The addressable fire alarm and control system ASPSiU 0123-1210 «Maxima» is designed to receive signals from addressable fire detectors, provide power supply to active (current-consuming) fire detectors, provide information to light and sound alarms of duty personnel and the centralized monitoring station based on the Bastion APCS (NRC «FORS», Samara), as well as generate control signals for automatic fire extinguishing, smoke protection, warning, other fire protection devices, monitor their status and communication lines with them.

System composition:

* APPSiU «Maksim» — an addressable fire alarm and control device receives signals from manual and automatic fire detectors indicating a specific event and address and issues control signals to executive relay modules;
* IP 212?15A4 (AdaU) — an optical-electronic addressable smoke fire detector with a built-in dual-threshold fire loop adapter (up to 5 detectors in a loop);
* MAK AdA — an addressable adapter for 2 dual-threshold fire alarm loops (up to 20 detectors in a loop);
* Mak PUR — a starting relay module with control circuit monitoring;
* Mak IPRA — a manual addressable fire detector;
* Mak IzL is a short-circuit isolator for a 3-way addressable loop.

Technical data of «Maxim PS»:

* two addressable alarm loops with 120 addressable devices in each line;
* the ability to organize 80 control zones;
* 31 addressable relay modules (DC/AC) 28/250V, 10/5 A) per 1 addressable loop, with control circuit monitoring (per device from two addressable loops — 62);
* retry mode;
* the presence of a system administrator password;
* liquid crystal two-line display 2×16 with backlight;
* internal timer (date, time);
* text messages about the location of the addressable device;
* function for diagnosing dustiness of addressable smoke detectors;
* the ability to program the delay and duration of operation of the executive relays;
* non-volatile archive for 1000 events;
* built-in audible buzzer;
* display of faults in system elements, breaks and short circuits of the line;
* RS-232 (485) output for connection to the Bastion hardware and software complex (NITs FORS);
* programming of system devices from the central APPSiU Maxima device or the FirePanel configurator from a PC.

The device’s capabilities are most fully realized through the Bastion-Maxima driver program in the Bastion APCS integrated security system (NITs FORS, Samara).
* graphical display of the facility plan
* monitoring of events transmitted by addressable devices;
* color display of the status by priorities of addressable devices, sections and instruments on icons;
* updating the status of addressable devices and sections in accordance with the current status;
* mandatory confirmation of alarm events of addressable devices;
* synchronization of the time of devices with the computer when starting/restarting the driver;
* receiving the device version and display contents (LCD);
* resetting the device, turning off the sound and completely turning off the sound from «Bastion»;
* display of the average dust level of detectors on command «ADC request»;
* access control to configuration, initialization and reset depending on the operator's rights.

Distinctive features of the system:

1. Individual isolator «Short circuit» in the addressable detector.
2. Built-in adapter of a two-threshold loop in the addressable detector (with the ability to connect 5 threshold sensors powered by the loop).
The address of the additional loop is indicated on the device display or in the monitoring program as a separate number.
3. Selection of the sensitivity threshold of addressable detectors depending on the characteristics of the room (dustiness, day/night, etc.).
4. . Periodic re-binding of the sensor to the dustiness level of the smoke chamber with the ability to view information on the display of the device or the monitoring program. This function allows you to refuse cleaning the chamber during a long period of operation (dustiness compensation).
5. Setting the address of the detector is possible both from the device programmatically and «manually» using jumpers for quick replacement at the site.
6. When connecting the device at the site to a modem (GSM, wired), remote reading and adjustment of the device configuration is possible, which is important for technical maintenance of remote sites.
7. Extended functionality in programming and setting up the system, including an algorithm for step-by-step automatic operation of all actuators from one signal.
