The company «ARMO-Group» took part in the 7th International Exhibition HI-TECH BUILDING & House, dedicated to modern technologies for equipping, automating and operating business buildings.

In addition, ARMO-Group specialists made two reports at the International Congress of the exhibition, and also held a seminar dedicated to the automation of outdoor lighting based on LonWorks technology.

Comprehensive automation of these buildings is carried out using open protocols for data exchange such as LonWorks, BacNet, KNX/EIB, etc.
Within the framework of the International Congress «Economic Advantages of Intelligent Buildings», the ARMO-Group company made a report dedicated to the project of the bunker of engineering systems and automation of the high-rise complex «Federation».
The participants of the congress received comprehensive information on the energy capacity of the bunker, issues of technical equipment and the technologies used, on the basis of which the automation of the building was carried out. Particular attention was paid to the structures of the systems, equipment, their main technical characteristics and features of work in the complex.
The second report by ARMO-Group, devoted to the economic results of operating a highly automated office building of TNK-BP, attracted particular interest from the congress participants.
For the first time, using a specific facility as an example, it was possible to see how well-thought-out automation of a facility can reduce energy costs.
The report presented a plan to reduce energy consumption by TNK-BP building systems, specific organizational and technical measures for implementing this plan, as well as the results obtained.
At the exhibition, ARMO-Group presented its new services in the field of building automation — «Technical Consulting», which includes the development of a conceptual project in the volume of internal engineering systems, technical support for design and working documentation, participation in the preparation of tenders for the selection of the General Contractor, technical and financial assessment of tender proposals, management of the design of the facility, as well as an examination of design solutions for internal engineering systems of the building, including their automation.
The ARMO-Group seminar on energy-saving outdoor lighting systems, their monitoring and control based on Lonworks technology attracted increased attention from specialists in the field of building automation.
Such automation allows for a 50% reduction in energy costs for lighting buildings and their territories, provides a 40% reduction in the cost of luminaire maintenance, improves personnel safety, increases the service life of lamps and reduces the volume of harmful emissions into the atmosphere.
