Most likely, everyone in their life and work faced problems of theft, pilferage, «mistakes» of employees, problems with customers and suppliers related to the «loss» of goods from closed containers, packaging — discrepancies in the quantity of shipped and delivered goods. Probably, it also happened that you noticed how «someone» visited a locked room and «something» was already missing, you noticed that something was being looked for in your desk drawer, you received an obviously opened package with important documents —
Sound familiar? In such situations, modern locking and sealing devices come to the rescue; of course, they will not save you from a carefully planned criminal action, however, with their help, most of the listed problematic situations can be prevented. Let's dwell in more detail on the most important functions that modern locking and sealing devices perform:
— The seal prevents the temptation to «look», and, accordingly, often prevents theft of something that is poorly protected, open to access. Agree, there is no need to open sealed premises, cargo, goods yourself once again.
— Disposable numbered sealing devices help to personalize responsibility for sealed goods, cars, premises… When entering the seal number in the relevant product documents, and the corresponding organization of mechanisms of material responsibility…
— Numbered indicator seals are the best, inexpensive way of control and protection from unauthorized access, both due to the unique number, and due to the impossibility of using the sealing device after it has been opened.
Sealing of goods and valuables has been used since ancient times, traditionally known are sealing wax, plasticine, plastic and lead seals. However, our company offers modern disposable numbered seals.
Why? After all, traditional sealing means may be cheaper? This is not entirely true. Some types of modern sealing devices can easily compete with old traditional ones in terms of cost, but at the same time ALL MODERN ZPU have an incomparably higher degree of reliability and protection against counterfeiting, and the use of a competent, well-thought-out system and technology for the application of sealing devices, individual for various enterprises and sectors of the economy, give a tangible economic effect. The undoubted advantages of modern ZPU are described in numerous articles and scientific studies, so we will not dwell on them in detail here.
A disposable seal is a seal that cannot be reused after opening, it is destroyed or there are visible traces of opening on it. The main task of any seal is indication, access control, but modern devices cope with this task better than traditional plastic and lead seals, which are easy to forge and replace.
A numbered seal is one that has its own individual, never repeating number, digital or alphanumeric numbering, always sequential, on the packaging in which the ZPU is supplied, the numbers of the sealing devices contained in it are indicated. The number is applied by laser engraving or thermal printing, in addition, additional markings (logo, barcode, company name, etc.) can be applied to many types of sealing devices. Therefore, the indicator devices and ZPU offered by our company CANNOT have the same number, which guarantees the impossibility of their substitution. For convenience, modern sealing devices are usually divided into types (groups), and we have classified our products as follows:
— Power seals are numbered sealing devices that, in addition to acting as an access control indicator, also act as a lock. They are usually easily installed manually, but can be removed using special devices. This class includes the “Container Seal” and cable seals with different diameters and cable lengths “Cable Seal” supplied by our company. Such seals are usually used to seal various containers, long-term storage warehouses, etc.
— Indicator seals are mainly plastic products with various reinforcing inserts in the lock hole, the main task of which is to indicate access control. Most often, they are used together with various locks, or for sealing various types of control and measuring devices, electricity, water, gas meters; for sealing vehicles on short routes, sealing office warehouses, etc.
— Sticker seals and sealing tape are a group of self-adhesive sealing devices made of polymer film materials, mainly used for sealing objects with smooth surfaces — such as product packaging, boxes, safes, computers, office equipment, folders, envelopes, desk drawers, etc.
-Sealing bags- this group includes courier bags, safe bags «Security» for documents and valuables, a sealing bag is used to seal important documentation, securities, jewelry and other non-bulky valuables that are sent by couriers or postal services. And self-adhesive bags for accompanying documents «Polypack» — an ideal tool for transport logistics — designed so that they are securely glued to any packaging with goods, transparent, so the address and description of the cargo on the transport documents, in a bag closed with a valve, are clearly visible.
— And a separate position — sealing wire, which is used both with traditional plastic and lead, and modern rotary numbered seals, in the deliveries of our company these are «Rotortide» and «Twiside».
